FounderKhalil founded Limitless x Wellness with a clear vision: to change the way people approach busy lives, health, and performance.
Driven by the belief that wellness should enhance every area of life not compete with it Khalil has spent years developing his expertise across coaching, performance, nutrition, and corporate wellness to deliver meaningful, long-term results for individuals and organisations.
At LXW, Khalil leads the design of tailored wellness programs for businesses, sporting groups, and professionals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Each program is carefully built to improve not only physical health, but also energy, productivity, mental clarity, and workplace culture.
His commitment to helping people perform at their best is the foundation of LXW. Today, that vision continues to grow through a network of like-minded experts dedicated to helping others live healthier, more balanced, and more fulfilling lives.
Outside of coaching and business, Khalil brings a unique edge to his work, having previously worked as a professional chef a passion that still influences his approach to nutrition, lifestyle, and performance today.

Noah Keough
Fitness DirectorYou’ll know when Noah walks into a room his energy, passion, and leadership are impossible to ignore.
As LXW’s Fitness Director, Noah brings a results-driven approach to coaching, accountability, and performance. His natural ability to lead and connect with people helps create an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed.
Noah plays a major role in developing the systems behind LXW’s success, including progress tracking, participation reporting, and performance accountability. He believes measurable progress creates lasting change, and his commitment to helping people stay consistent is what drives real results for clients.
A hybrid athlete himself, Noah continues to pursue high-level fitness goals that inspire both clients and the team around him. Whether it is strength training, endurance events, or a “rest day” 10 km run, he leads from the front in everything he does.

Tahlia Corso
Head Coach Tahlia is the heart of the coaching team, bringing unmatched energy, professionalism, and care into every session.
As Head Coach, she leads by example and sets a high standard through her work ethic, discipline, and commitment to helping others succeed. Her passion for coaching and genuine care for clients make her an invaluable part of the LXW experience.
Tahlia specialises in HYROX training, strength and conditioning, and performance coaching, helping clients build confidence, resilience, and long-term results both inside and outside the gym.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll usually find her training for her next HYROX competition or spending quality time with family.
Nick Keough
Coach Nick is more than a qualified coach he is one of LXW’s biggest team players.
Specialising in strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, and group training, Nick brings quality, care, and attention to detail into every session. His coaching style helps clients feel supported, confident, and challenged in the right way, no matter their fitness level.
What makes Nick stand out is the positive energy he brings to the entire LXW community. From delivering high-quality coaching to supporting content creation, team culture, and the overall client experience, Nick is always willing to contribute and help the brand grow.

Ethan Xanthopoulos
Nutritionist
Ethan is LXW’s certified nutritionist, bringing a holistic and practical approach to nutrition and performance. He believes food should do more than simply fuel the body — it should support energy, recovery, focus, lifestyle, and long-term health.
Ethan works closely with every individual to create realistic nutrition structures and strategies that fit into busy schedules without adding unnecessary stress or restriction. His approach is built around sustainability, education, and creating habits that people can actually maintain long term.
As a key part of the LXW team, Ethan plays a major role in helping clients maximise their training results and overall wellbeing through personalised plans that align with their goals, lifestyle, and performance needs.

Senior Physiotherapist
Phong is a dedicated physiotherapist committed to helping people move better, recover faster, and perform at their best. With expertise in injury rehabilitation, pain management, dry needling, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation, he takes a personalised approach to every client.
His philosophy is simple: identify the root cause, create a clear recovery plan, and empower clients with the tools and knowledge to achieve lasting results.
